Do THIS Exercise To Actually Improve After COVID-19

Have you ever noticed how most people’s New Year’s Resolutions never last longer than a month?
Year after year, they promise they’ll make changes to better their lives, only to fall into the same bad habits after a few weeks.
Maybe you’re one of these people?
Well, the dawn of the post-COVID world is feeling a lot like a New Year too…
A lot of people have spent time dwelling on their failures and promising they’ll do better this time…
Maybe you’re one of them?
The question is: what are you going to do to stop yourself failing after a few weeks this time?
Do you even know…?
Sure, the enthusiasm of being allowed outside to talk to hot women will carry you for a while…
But what will keep you going once the rejections, the bitchy friends, the rudeness, the flakes start to stack up again?
Are you just going to rely on willpower?
How far did that get you before?
One thing I’d encourage my coaching clients to do is to write a powerful list to develop a really strong WHY.
On the first list, write down everything that has turned to shit in your life because you haven’t got this area of your life handled…
All the times you’ve been friendzoned? All the times you’ve had to watch your girl go off with someone else? All the times you’ve been left lonely and frustrated?
This list should be painful as hell to write. Keep going until you feel uncomfortable. I want you to cry! Because that pain is what will fuel you to change.
Now, on a second list, write down all the things you will get by sticking to your new regime of improving with women. Sex with gorgeous hotties? Living out your wildest fantasies? Going to cool parties? Emotional connection with great women?
These lists will do so much to help you get the job done – and remain on that path, but it still won’t be easy.
