5 ‘Inner Game’ Exercises For Your Quarantine

5 ‘Inner Game’ Exercises For Your Quarantine

Stuck in quarantine with no way of meeting girls? Continue your self-development with these five ‘inner game’ exercises.

Hey hey it’s Ciaran.

We’re getting a lot of messages in our Game Global Telegram groups asking questions like:

“How are you guys setting up dates w this quarantine?”

Wherever you are in the world, we would not recommend going and mass approaching strangers.

Online dating and message game is your best shot right now.

But if your country is on lockdown, even this might prove extremely difficult.

Now, I know you might really frustrated and really keen to make progress with your self-development, and that’s why I’m writing to you today.

There is a time for action and a time for reflection. Both can be powerful at the right time.

This is why I wanted to present you with five “inner game” exercises you can perform during quarantine.

The Awesome List

This challenge requires you 50 things that are awesome about yourself. This might sound like a lot, but that’s the point. This exercise will cause you to stretch your brain and really think about your strengths and what you have to offer as a man. This video will help you to get started.

The Epic Story-Telling Challenge

This challenge comes from our ‘4 Weeks To Unstoppable Confidence’ series. It will teach you how to communicate in a charismatic manner that others can’t help but be drawn to. Watch the video and follow the instructions.

Read ‘My Secret Garden’ by Nancy Friday

A lot of my students believe women are these innocent little angels who don’t have dirty minds and don’t want to be f*#ked senseless. This book will help you realise that women typically have filthier fantasies than most men. Feel free to pick up one of the Game Global books for expert dating tips too.

The Inner Child Meditation Exercise

All you need is 10-20 minutes alone by yourself for this exercise. Do it as often as you feel necessary. (Warning: this one has brought people to tears).

Deep self-assessment

A lot of people do this on New Year’s Eve, but I think this should take place far more often. It’s another introspective exercise, which focuses on your attitudes and beliefs.

I want you to ask yourself how your current attitude has harmed your life in the past, in the present and 20 years from now. Write as much down as possible.

Then ask yourself, if you fix your attitude, how will your life be improved – in five years, in ten years and 20 years. Write it down again.

This exercise aims to motivate you into positive change.

Read on and I’ll explain how I can help you with that!

Bonus: A free Skype consultation with me

If you’d like me to help you create a plan to get where you want to be in life, now is the perfect time to apply.

I am currently offering a selection of FREE 30-minute Skype calls where we can create a roadmap for this together.
